It Takes Time

As a pleased grandmother showed me the handiwork of her grandsons, she explained that she was surprised that the boys knew how to make repairs to her home.
"You think we didn't pay attention when John had us doing all that work last summer?", they asked her.
She was so proud (As was I) that she just had to show me the work they'd done without being asked.
