Ok, so I have been pointed in the direction of a DEVINE new jewellery designer from Birmingham.... ADRIANNE. She designs and makes (with her own hands....now that's A skill) a beautiful range of vintage inspired jewellery including 'teatime necklaces' and 'retro daze' earrings! My personal favourite is the Kiki Curiosity Charm Bracelet (see pic) which, as with all of Adrianne's jewellery completely bespoke. As it says on the site: no two are the same, SO GO COP THAT UNIQUE BLING LADIES! So cute!

So I heard this on Mistajam's show a week ago and it is one of THE BADDEST, wickedest (and every other urban superlative you can think of) tune I have heard in AGES! Unfortunately Dirtee Stank (Dizzee's record label) have had it removed from youtube so I can't show you the vid YET! but listen to 1xtra between 7amd 10pm Mon - Thurs, Jam is sure to play it a few times! It's dubstep meets electro meets jungle: IT's SICK!!!!

So Xtina is back with a new album 'Bionic' and this is the first single to be leaked. I'm kinda feelin' this tune, but only coz of Nicki really. I get the feeling Christina's going hard to try and compete with the likes of GaGa (who she looks remarkably similar to in this vid) so she's gone FREAKALEAK with the lyrics. 4,3,2,1 looks set to be a BANGER! Hitting cinema's on June 2nd I canni wait!
Written and directed by the genius that is: Noel Clarke. It's described as a ‘sexy, gripping thriller’ following three days in the lives of four best friends who become involved in a major diamond heist. Ok, so sounds slightly unrealistic but fun, no? Featuring a cool UK cast including Kidulthood's hilarious Adam Deacon, Noel Clarke himself and a chick from St Trinians to name a few! I am looking forward to seeing the character's styling, espescially after seeing the pic below from the film. (Very Carrie-esque outfit from SATC2, chick 2nd from the right don't you think?!)
WINNIE (no not 'The Pooh') will start filming early June. It's a biopic of the infamous Winnie Mandela, the ex-wife of South African Leader and true freedom fighting icon, Nelson Mandela.
Starring Jennifer Hudson as Winnie and Terrence Howard as Nelson. It's likely to detail the fraud, kidnapping and murder controversies that Winnie has become synonymous with. Revered by some and reviled by others….'Winnie' is bound to cause a polarisation amongst movie goers especially in S Africa.
But check out the pics....I reckon the Casting Director's done well with Jen!
Now this next bit also falls into the 'holy shit, is that 50?!' category.....
This week, 50 shocked the world by releasing pics of himself looking skeletal and downright crackhead-ish in prep for a new film he is working on. 'Things Fall Apart' is co-written by the (once) big man and details the life of a professional footballer who is daignosed with cancer. He dropped a jaw-dropping, pain-inducing, vom-helping (?) 54lbs for the part!!! (That's like 4 STONE ladies!!)
He survived on a ridiculously low cal liquid diet (euww gross) and pounded the treadmill for 3 hours a DAY, now THAT's dedication. Bad news for 50 is that the film has yet to set a release date, which doesn't bode well for its expected quality! Let's hope it wasn't all in vein eh! Now bring back the 50 we know and love (to hate)!
