The new gaming unit will develop products based on the Entertainment Group's franchises and brands and be fully supported on-air, off-air and online.
The first two titles to be released under the new label will adapt Comedy Central's animated series "Ugly Americans" and Spike TV's multi-platform series "Deadliest Warrior," which previously spun-off "Deadliest Warrior: The Game".
July 2011, 345 Games will release Spike TV's "Deadliest Warrior: Legends" and in August, the launch of Comedy Central's "Ugly Americans: Apocalypsegeddon."
Comedy Central, with 95 million subscribers is owned by Comedy Partners, a wholly-owned division of Viacom Inc.'s MTV Networks. Spike TV, with 99.4 million subscribers is a division of MTV Networks.
