Smoke ‘em if you got ‘em, darlings…We all know that models smoke (just witness the lovely Georgina Stojilkovic backstage at Hermés, February 2009, via nymag.com) … but the fact that photographers allow (or encourage) them to do so during a photo shoot is rather shocking!
