Finally the boys have got together to make a remix of Chris Breezy's 'Deuces'. It's like a 'who's who' of top rappers... including Kanye, T.I, Drake, Fabolous and Andre 3000... it's niiiiiiiiiice.

My fave verse is of COURSE Andre 3000...best rapper alive IMO.

As for Drake...not great, monotone throughout and the content is aaaiiiiiight.

But Kanye's verse is COLD... there's whispers he's aiming at a certain bald headed ex?

So we all knwo the story...Drake and RiRi had a lil fling, split up and then he wrote a song about her and told everyone that she had 'used him like a pawn' lol.

Now they're hooking back up to make sweet music together again (no really, a record!)

Anyhoo...the pair were spotted looking cosy at Drake's show afterparty. RiRi rocked a red blazer to match her new hair. Drake looked boring in denim :-)

Usher's old lady (literally) has opened up about her (2nd) divorce and what went wrong this time with superstar Usher Raymondo.

So apparently, the reason her first husband divorced her was because of her cheating with Usher....onto the next one....within a year she had got pregs and got married to Mr Raymond. Wow....nice work girl, lady.

But alas, it was not meant to be.....Tameka says:

"We didn't even get a chance to settle into marriage. First of all when he proposed, I became pregnant a few months later and then I had the baby [shortly] after our wedding. We did in one year what couples do in five." blah blah blah......

Quontom....

There's a new name in Bodycon dresses, QUONTOM....already being sold on Toppers and Asos websites, I scooped one up recently....and a week later Li Lo was seen sporting the exact same one! Trendsetter, moi?! haha.

Charlotte Church also wore a Quontom dress for her appearance on Wossy's show....

They specialise in oh so sexy mesh pieces with flashes of colour.

Being in prison couldn't even stop Lil Wayne from copping a piece of Drake's (canadian) pie, using a celly and his heart (lol) he rang through a verse for Drizzy's 'Light Up' already featuring Jigga. Ok, so the quality is shite but lyrically it's pretty solid from our Wayne!

The Beef continues....
Current Hip Hop Beef between Nicki Minaj / Drake and Lil Kim / Ray J (prat) is ongoing....
So Lil Kim did a live interview with thisis50.com and said of Drake: "I really liked Drake. I used to like him but for him to have the audacity to disrespect me?! This n*gga gonna f*cking shout me out when Ray J is the one that said it. How b*tchy do you look right now? You look like a straight p*ssy, P*ssy! Cause you came at me and I am a f*cking female!" Wow. I guess she has a point....

Of Nicki she said: "My thing is, homegirl (Minaj) got a nice little buzz going. It’s obvious I’m who she wants to be like. It’s obvious that she likes me and wants to be like me but she’s not paying this homage."

I have a niggling feeling that I'm spending more time on this blog than I am on my actual job....hmmmm....solution: get someone to PAY ME to wirte this blog.....anyone?!

Drizzy, as in drizzle, as in rain, as in WET!

So last year Drake and RiRi had a lil fling after she asked him to write a song for her new album (post Chris Brown) and for a while they were spotted everywhere together but then it all just seemed to fizzle out....hmmm.
Drake has finally opened up about what went (down) **cough cough**

"I was a pawn. You know what she was doing to me? She was doing exactly what I’ve done to so many women throughout my life, which is show them quality time, then disappear. I was like, wow, this feels terrible.”

WTF?! RiRi got it like THAT yeh?!!!!

The song he wrote for her never got released. So instead, he's written a verse ABOUT her for his own album. The track's called 'Fireworks'.

Lyrics: “Damn, I kept my wits about me, luckily. What happened between us that night, it always seems to trouble me. Now all of a sudden, these gossip rags want to cover me, and you making it seem like it happened that way because of me.”

Sounds like Drizzy had it BAD! Kinda off putting don't you think? I'm not really into the sensitive souls :-)
Let's just hope for his sake that it wasn't like ONE NIGHT (if you get my drift) that made her leave....hmmm

Kelis took some time out from raping ex hubby Nas's wallet to model the new River Island Graduate Fashion Week designs recently. I have been pleasantly surprised by RI's grad range, I'm not a huge fan of River usually, it's kinda tack sometimes. But this range is HOT! Every item was created by designers from Graduate Fashion Week who have been head-hunted and now work solely for River.

I reckon Kelis was a good choice of model....she's got the whole kitsch trendy look goin on.....

My fave items are the lacy shorts (Yup yup Biddy boo!) and this Hawaiian print jacket....soooo cool and defo an item I'll be getting for the cool nights in Ibiza!!!

So I've had a few people ask me if Erykah is still with Common.....how late are you lot?! That was like so 2001! So, just to clarify: Erykah is currently dating rapper (another one?!) Jay Electronica and has been for the past 5 years. Miss B recently gave birth to their daughter Mars in 2009. Now, Erykah seems to make a habit of having babies with rappers....Andre 3000 is babyfather numero uno (their son Seven was born in 97), and Dallas Rapper The D.O.C is bf number 2 to daughter Puma. Looks like Common had a lucky escape!!

The self certified 'best rapper alive' joins forces with Hip Hop's hottest property right now on 'Light Up' from Drizzy's 'Thank Me Later' album. Now I am a huge Hova fan and IMO (in my opinion, come on, keep up!) this is one of his best verses to date! He murders the track!

Here' a couple of lines to whet your appetite.....

"And to these n***as I'm like Windows 7, you let em tell it, they swear they invented you"

"I once was, cool as the Fonz was, but these bright lights turned me to a monster"

Bringin' in the Green......

My second recommendation comes in the form of UK Rapper Pro Green. I first came across this dude back in the days of Jump Off at the Mean Fiddler.....we're talkin 04 / 05. Pro became the most successful battle rapper that graced the Jump Off Stage merking victims left, right and centre! He went on to beat Phi Life Cypher in the UK Championships to qualify for his place in the Power Summit in the Bahama's....he repped UK to the FULLEST and even though he didn't win, it kicked off his career perfectly.

Get some jokes from one of his battles, hilar!!!

He's now signed to Virgin Records and looks set to blow up.....'I Need You Tonight' was a big track but THIS is even better.....Lily Allen joins him to remake one of my favourite EVER tunes.....usually I HATE re-makes with a PASSION but this one I adore....cop it from 5th July, check it:
