So there was a big Police raid at Waka Flocka Flame's house in December and now Gucci Mane has been apprehended.
TMZ have reported that instead of being taken to prison following the arrest he was in fact escorted to a mental facility after filing a “Special Plea of Mental Incompetency” while appearing in a Georgia courtroom.....errrrr WTF?!
The Atlanta “Lemonade” MC, whose real name is Radric Davis, explained to the judge that he was unable to “intelligently participate in the probation revocation hearing.” Instead of hauling him back to jail, the judge committed him to the treatment facility, with his incarceration pending an evaluation of his mental condition.Meanwhile, Waka Flocka Flame turned himself over to authorities yesterday because he “didn’t want to run,”so says his mom Debra Antney. He facesfaces a tally of gun, drug, and gang-related charges, and is currently being held on bond while awaiting his hearing.
