I must admit, I snapped up this adorable swimwear-inspired AKA New York minidress the minute it went to 70% off at shopbop.com. It is scandalously short, but I don’t mind! My favorite
part about this miniscule frock, other than its shoulder-flattering racerback tank shape, is the exposed black zipper down the center back – Body Glove couture, no? For an even more literal wetsuit look, sport this Etro combination (photo at left courtesy nypost.com).
