Fake It

 Throughout history, there have been times when men favored juicy women over sickly.

 The idea of makes up the ideal woman seems to be cyclical.

 But on all continents, a shapely woman seems to be the ideal.

 I know, I know... there are many body types and each can be attractive.

 But having a small waist at any cost (except, for some, diet and exercise) seems to be an almost universal desire.

And women have donned all kinds of contraptions to create the image of having what seems to come naturally for other 'races'.
