It turns out that marijuana is allegedly responsible for Method Man’s tax evasion troubles.Meth is facing up to four years if found guilty of failure to pay personal income tax and earnings and misdemeanor failure to pay taxes, says he didn’t pay because he got high.
"Because I got high, I forgot to pay. It was stupid," Smith, 37, told reporters earlier this year.
Meanwhile, Meth’s lawyer, Peter Frankel, says his client is not to blame.
