Man Bites Dog

If most crimes against Blacks are perpetrated by Blacks,

and most crimes against whites are perpetrated by whites -

why do we focus on the inter-racial crimes?

Simple. Because they are not as common.

Because it is not news if a dog bites a man,

but it is news if a man bites a dog.
